SPIRITUAL BLINDNESS

Are we calling the wrong thing peace?

"Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!" (Isaiah 5: 20).

"While people are saying, “Peace and safety,” destruction will come on them suddenly, as labor pains on a pregnant woman, and they will not escape." (1 Thessalonians 5:3).

Things that people ignore. Things that people forget. Things that come back to haunt a nation.

"They worshiped their idols, which became a snare to them. 37 They sacrificed their sons and their daughters to false gods.

38 They shed innocent blood, the blood of their sons and daughters, whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan, and the land was desecrated by their blood. 39 They defiled themselves by what they did; by their deeds they prostituted themselves. 40 Therefore, the Lord was angry with his people and abhorred his inheritance.

41 He gave them into the hands of the nations, and their foes ruled over them.

42 Their enemies oppressed them and subjected them to their power.

43 Many times he delivered them, but they were bent on rebellion, and they wasted away in their sin. (Psalm 106:37-43).

When you know something is wrong and you do nothing about it, it will increase. It causes spiritual blindness. You will know no peace.

Turn to God, repent in the name of Jesus. Ask for a Holy Spirit revelation of what your struggle is.

The wicked will destroy themselves.
